SWIG is a software development tool that connects programs written in C and C with a variety of high-level programming languages. SWIG is used with different types of target languages including common scripting languages such as Javascript, Perl, PHP, Python, Tcl and Ruby. The list of supported languages also includes non-scripting languages such as C#, D, Go language, Java, Lua, OCaml, Octave, R and Scilab. Also several interpreted and compiled Scheme implementations (Guile, MzScheme/Racket. Improved handling of builds that involve multiple makefiles (recursive make is no longer necessary); automatic scanning for include files; rebuild triggered if build command changes; checksum-based signature methods for reliable builds, smart enough to ignore whitespace or comment changes; extensibility through Perl programming (within your makefile); repositories (automatically importing files from another tree); build caches (not recompiling identically what a user of the same cache already did.

Congrats on the success, would the ch341a work with this for both soic 8 and 16 flashing please?, Im also wondering if the basic ch341a would be sufficient for this, or if there are some parts needed(for example for connecting the cable to the ch341aI bought this soic 8 clip but it kind of seems really small for the soic 8 chip, but maybe Im wrongby install the flashrom, which one do you mean:?can you please give me the link for the soic16 to 8 adaptor?Thank you very much really appreciate your advice. Normaly, yes, it works for both soic 8/16 chips. A soic 8 chip is very small so don't worry about the sieze. As we say in France 'sieze doesn't matter';-)According to the manual: you can also flash soic 16 chips.
You need exacly the same connectors in the CH341a but the cable and the chip connector will be differents from a soic 8.To be a little bit more precise: at the top bottom of this page, you can see soic 16 connector. Only 6 pins are used for the flashing operationHope I'm clear, I'm not a native english speeker;-). Hi I got both ch341a black and the clip, cable from aliexpress, its soic 16, please how did you exactly wired it,I mean did you just plug the cable into the socket och the ch341a? It kind of fits there. I even tried tor read the chip after selecting it in software and it proceeded, but Im not sure what to do next.
Please can you help me with what commands to use and steps to take, Im using win 7 to do it its x200. Thank youbtw I followed this tutorial for installing the driver:) I dont mind the language at all, Im happy that we understand each other that is the most important thing:).
